The End of Long Seperation

Hello again! I have had a very interesting week! My husband called me yesturday to tell me that he will be coming home Tuesday morning!!! I am so excited! I miss him so much, and I can't wait for him to see our new house. The only bad part about him coming home is that I will be only able to spend a few hours with him before I have to start my crazy work schedule. I used all of my vacation and sick time when he had brain surgery this year, so I can't take any time off. Let's just say I will be glad when the weekend hits so I can spend some much needed time with him!
Steven had his speech evaluation this week. She said it look like he is only a year behind in somethings, but in other things he is a year ahead. The only thing I am worried about is his talking. He just isn't talking like a normal 4 year old would. Normally they are asking tons of questions, while Steven is still using jibberish and baby talk. Hopefully he will be where he needs to be by August. In August he is starting Kindergarten.
This morning, when I got out of work, Steven and I carved 2 pumpkins. Steven wanted a cat, and I carved a ghost! (I will be posting a picture) This evening we will be going trick 'o' treating! Steven is going as Bumblebee from Transformers, and I am going in a little witch hat and mask. What a pair! lol
Well, I am going to log off here so I can get some laundry done. Happy Halloween!

What a Busy Week

Well, it has taken me awhile but I finaly have some time to sit down and blog for a while. I am officially all moved in to my new house! HURRAY!!! I absolutly love it except for two things: one- my husband is not home to enjoy it with me, and two- I wish I was home more. :) I always seem to be on the move.
My mom called me Friday while I was at work, because she thought Steven broke his arm. I rushed so fast to get him and then rushed all the way to the ER. We were not even in the ER for more than 3 minutes. There was no break, or fracture. Just some bruising and a small abrasion. Thank goodness it was just a little scare this time. I do not know what I would have done if Steven had broken his arm. I was so scared.
On Saturday I volunteered to work at a local haunted house! It was so much fun! I normally work at Niles Haunted House, but my charity was not doing that this year, so I lucked out. Luckily some guy asked my mom if I wanted to volunteer. All of the proceeds go to children with autism. Ofcourse, I couldn't say no. I was supposed to be a witch in her kitchen cooking up some wonderful scares, but I ended up looking like a goblin! lol (I will be posting a picture) I had a blast! I will be scaring people again on Thursday!
Well, I have work in a few hours so I think I will go and catch some shut eye. Good night!

The Beginning

This has been a really interesting week for me. I have been living with my mother since March (my husband had brain surgery and I needed help), and about 2 months ago my husband and I have been looking for a house of our own. I found a house on Monday and I get to go sign the papers and start moving in tomorrow!!! I am so excited! (I will be posting a picture) My husband (Patrick) is currently deployed at Fort McCoy but I have been sending him multiple pictures of our new home so he still feels like he is apart of the search. I can't wait until he gets to come home! My husband should be coming home the end of November.
Also this week I went on a field trip with my sons pre-school class to Jo-Jo's Pretzels! It was so much fun! We all got to make our own pretzels, and we learned so much about pretzels. Jo-Jo's Pretzels has the best pretzels around.... now if only their coffee was to match! lol
Well, I think I am going to log off here as my son (Steven) wants me to play Sonic Unleashed!
